Our Story
Founded in 2012, Fibon has been a pioneer in South Africa’s renewable energy sector. Our commitment to sustainability drives us to deliver innovative and tailored energy solutions for businesses of all sizes. With a proven track record of success, we have become a trusted partner to clients across the country.
Our journey started with installing rooftop and carport solar power at our customer’s sites which we financed through long term power purchase and lease agreements. We own, operate and maintain these solar systems and sell electricity to our corporate off takers. We have built a book of MV and LV connected corporate clients across South Africa In 2022, we started development of our wheeled power portfolio to build solar and wind plants that are not collocated at our customers’s sites and launched Primary Carbon, a carbon offsetting business.
