Presale phase
We begin by understanding your unique solar needs and those of your clients, then recommend tailored solutions.
To ensure accuracy, we assess your client's financial strength by reviewing two years of financial statements, providing an accurate estimate of expected financing rates.

Deal verification and approval
Our engineering and finance team will then validate your deal in partnership with your team.
We will require the typical project documents such as the BOQ, Helioscope analysis, and design pack in order to provide an initial quote.
Once the initial PPA numbers are generated and approved, we’ll proceed with a site visit, contracting process and then finalising the agreement.

EPC onboarding process
If you're not onboarded with us already, we'll begin the onboarding process. This will entail both a financial and engineering assessment of your company.
Our team will then guide you through our EPC contracting requirements as well as milestone-based payments. Additionally, we can enter a service-level agreement with you to maintain the asset on our behalf.
